Who We Are
Freedom Custom Meats officially began in 2024, but has been a goal of
Scotty and Kendall Jenkins for years. Scotty, a life long hunter, has seen a need in the industry of meat processing and decided it was time to help fill that need. A firefighter/paramedic by profession, Scotty has dedicated his off time to provide a quality meat processor in the Plant City area for years to come. With his wife, Kendall, and their three kids, this is truly a family operated business.
What We Do
Freedom Custom Meats offers a processing service to Plant City and the surrounding area. We specialize in venison as well as wild and domestic hogs. Our hopes in the future will be to expand what we will be able to process.
